Late cancellations/no shows: Mr. Limo requires 48 hours advance notice of cancellations
or the full charge will be assessed. Cancellations must be made by telephone. No show
and clients who don't provide the full 48 hours will be charged the full amount plus a 20% gratuity.
Deposits and Payment: A $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation. The
remainder is due at completion of the trip. Cash or check accepted.
Alcohol/illicit substances: Mr. Limo strictly adheres to the law, and requires passengers
to obey the laws also. No underage drinking in the vehicle will be permitted. No illicit
substance use or possession will be allowed in the vehicle. Mr. Limo will immediately
terminate the trip on site and without refund should the laws be broken.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted inside the vehicle.
Liability: $250 will be assessed for any damage, including but not limited to excessive
spillage, vomit and ripped seats.
Airport wait and stop time: Mr. Limo grants a 30 minute grace period after domestic flight
arrival, and 1 hour after international flight arrival. After the initial grace period has
elapsed, additional waiting time will be charged at $50 per hour, retroactive to the scheduled pick up time.
Airport pickups: clients will be greeted outside of the terminal with a sign denoting the
client’s name. if you cannot locate your driver/car, please call Mr. Limo immediately at 207.590.8955.
Weather or acts of God: should your limo be delayed due to inclement weather, mechanical
breakdown or other acts of God, Mr. Limo will make every effort to provide you with a comparable
vehicle as soon as possible.
Lost, stolen or broken articles: Mr. Limo strongly suggests that all personal belongings
be removed from the vehicle when not in use. Mr. Limo is not responsible or liable for any
lost, stolen or broken articles.
